  1. Population and dissenters: There are about 50 Families in my Parish, but noe dissenters or Meeting House.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is noe Publick or Charity School in my Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is an Alms-house in my Parish but not endowed. There is also an House & a Field of about 4 Acres given for the better Releife of the Poor, which are Directed by Trustees viz. by John Fowel Esqr & Mr Arthur Harvey. I know of noe Fraud or Abuse.

  4. Residence upon cure: I reside in my Parsonage-House & allways did.

  5. Curate: I have noe Curate, but an Assistant, who officiates for me once every Sunday & at other times for which I allow him at the Rate of £40 per Annum & upwards.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I have not for many yeares past, & I presume never Shall.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd twice every Lords day, with a Sermon in the morning. It is also perform'd on Holy days if not prevented by Sickness or some other lawfull Impediment.

  8. Frequency of communion: It is administred four times in the yeare, viz. at Christmas, Easter, whitsontide & at Michaelmas.

  9. Number of communicants: There are sometimes about 20 that Communicate & seldom soe few as at Easter last when there were not above 5 or 6 that receiv'd.

  10. Catechising of children: I used to Catechise the Children in my Church once every yeare but have not soe constantly done it of late occasion'd by the neglect of my Parishioners to Send their Children & servts.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: I have noe Chapel in my Parish.
